OUR MODEL

A System Designed for Prevention

Child protection requires more than intervention.
It requires structural stability.

Our model strengthens three interconnected layers:

Girl → Family → Village

Before building the Girls INpowerment Center, our team led multiple grassroots initiatives across Nepal in disaster response, education, and economic stabilization.

Our Work Across Nepal

These projects laid the foundation for a prevention-based model rooted in lived community partnership.

A timeline featuring key initiatives from 2011 to 2026, including Mothers & Widows Social Enterprise in 2011, Chandaya Primary School in 2012, Sustainable Schools in 2013, Earthquake disaster relief programs in 2015, and Girls INpowerment Center Gyangpedi sustainable development from 2016 to 2026.

The Girls INpowerment Center

The Core of the System

Serving 60 full-time residents at risk of child marriage, trafficking, or school dropout.

Operated in partnership with Nepali educators and community leaders, the Center provides:

  • Formal education access

  • Residential housing and daily care

  • Mentorship and leadership training

  • Structured stability for long-term growth

Layer 1: Protect the Girl

Education + residential consistency create opportunity and safety.

Layer 2: Stabilize the Family

Economic development initiatives reduce financial pressures:

  • 2,000 lemon trees

  • 100 avocado trees

  • Beehives

  • Goat farming

  • Income-generation training

When families have income, girls stay in school.

Layer 3: Strengthen the Village

Workshops reach over 3,000 villagers in:

  • Child marriage prevention

  • Anti-trafficking education

  • Community protection strategies

Prevention expands when communities are informed and economically stable.

We built a system that makes rescue unnecessary.
